Revitalized! And after going through so much modeling Internet Marketing, I’ve come back to where I belong.

Recently, there have been a few developments I don’t have time to discuss right now. One is known as Values Valence. The other is the Evolution of Values. Also, a number of cool insights related to the Unified Field Theory of NLP, plus another realization about timelines.

My training that is NLP based is not an NLP training program. I don’t teach you the structure and processes - I give you resources. That’s a very different training that I do. NLP Certification comes in when I can literally see you “practice”. That’s what an NLP Practitioner is supposed to do. So, to give you an avenue to do this, I’ll offer you a spot to be a Coach in my training program, assuming you complete the free training.

Remember - after the coach training, you still need to apply this in the real world. I’ll be watching and assessing, and within the first training, if you are competent, I will invite you to receive your endorsement. Unlike other training programs where you have to pay to return as a coach, my coach training is free, but only available to those who attend the Patterns of Excellence training. The only thing you have to do is to make a commitment to function as a coach through the Patterns of Excellence training, and put in your best effort to train up as a coach.

Why so tedious? I am tired of seeing poorly trained NLP practitioners, who don’t know what the heck they are talking about. The quality of my trainees reflects on my standard of training, so if you want to be recognized, you’ll have to do work that proves it. I don’t dispute that there are a lot of people who can be great practitioners after a training. But remember that these are usually people who put it into practice on a regular basis in their life. My biggest grouse about NLP training is that many people don’t have the discipline to continue their development as NLP Practitioners. They don’t stay in touch with the technology and fail miserably to improve the quality of their own lives. For change to take place in others, you need to find the change taking place in yourself.

There are licensing requirements, so remember to get a copy of the licensing documents from me. The fee to be a Licensed NLP Practitioner is only US$200, and you get immediate recognition from Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaValle. Your certificate will be signed in ink.
