Hi Lindley,

This is because I don't believe that people are generally well exposed or trained. Even if you are well trained, it will require quite a bit of effort for anyone to supervise such trained practitioners. I also believe that NLP alone is not sufficient to understand and learn about the vast field. It will take quite a bit of convincing for me to see, hear or feel that an individual is effective enough to lead a practice group without supervision, as many people I have seen who teach NLP mix up concepts, have a poor understanding of NLP, and don't really teach it the way it is required by Dr. Richard Bandler.

Why don't you suggest to others to join the NLP Association in Singapore so they can practice the skills they have learned. The NLP Association has practice session twice a month and have members from all different schools of NLP thereby giving a diverse approach to each practice. Come join us!
