When we refer to resources, we refer specifically to emotional states that drive your behaviors. All behaviors are driven by emotion, but the thing is that sometimes, incompatible emotional states give rise to an inability to achieve your outcomes. So, really, when you feel resourceful, you have inner &#039;resources&#039;. This also assumes you need to develop a &#039;responsibility&#039; mindset -- understanding that our experiences are a result of the way we interpret them, not the way they really &#039;are&#039;. All reality is in our representation.</description>
